Day 10 - No Frozen Pipes

It has turned cold here...very cold. This morning Brian came home to make sure the pipes didn't freeze in the addition that has a half bath and laundry area. The cold water was just about frozen, but after Brian turned on the heater under the addition that the previous owners left for us, the pipe thawed out and the water ran at full pressure again. So, I'm thankful yet again that Brian is a practical, fix-it kind of guy. If it were left to me, the pipe probably would have frozen before I figured out all that Brian fixed in a couple of minutes. =)
