Craziness

Wow, it's been a crazy week! The last week of class is always crazy, but this one was a little extra. =) Brian's receptionist was sick this week, so that meant that the girls and I were at the practice to help Tuesday. I'm not there to "work" at the front desk very often anymore, thankfully, and I think this was the first time that the receptionist was sick since she was hired. I'm not particularly efficient, but I can fill in in a pinch.

Not related to the receptionist's sickness, but Brian did not manage to escape the stomach bug that has been making its way through our house (I've decided that Norovirus is the causative agent). He took his turn yesterday. Clara is the only one who has not gotten it. And, hopefully she won't because she is looking forward to singing in her school Christmas program Saturday afternoon. Clara and I have plans for Sunday afternoon, too, that we do not want to miss.

So, I'm thankful that we are almost through another week. Yesterday I was thankful for my coworker that watched my students for a bit while I ran around town to get the girls and get them home and fed. After all that running around and getting back to school...no more students came to came to see me! Oh well, I had work to do anyways. I'm thankful today that it was the last day for students and that their final exams they took this morning are already graded! More grade calculations await me tomorrow and I still have to be at work on Monday, but the craziness should be done for a few weeks.
