Kentucky On My Mind
Tomorow we depart for Kentucky and Tennessee to visit Arthur and Becky. We are traveling with friends from the Quad Cities and we're going to hang out in the Smoky Mountains until Sunday morning when we have to return home so that I can teach on Monday. My summer class started this past Monday...it's not the most fun to be teaching at a school that has told me I won't be there full-time in the fall. This week I heard that maybe I could teach part-time...Woo-hoo! (with much sarcasm). Maybe, if I really don't find anything else.
In other news...Brian just finished finals and he passed all his classes...they are tough, so it's a wonderful accomplishment. One more really tough trimester and the worst is over (we hope). Now he is on break for a couple of weeks and I'm sure a few remodeling projects will be accomplished. Maybe a few will even get finished...=)
Visit again next week to hear about Kentucky and Tennessee.

In response to Bryant's question...I'm not limiting myself to teaching positions as they are few in the Quad Cities. I'm looking for anything that matches my skills somewhat close enough for me to qualify to be hired.
