How Does Your Garden Grow?

At the end of February, we bought and planted seeds for all kinds of vegetables that we wanted to grow in our garden this year. We were very excited to plant and eat fresh tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, cucumbers, and eggplant. The initial planting of cucumbers and eggplant didn't survive, but everything else did. All of the plants were getting tall and spindly, but with the addition of a fluorescent light over the tops of the plants they recovered nicely. About a month ago, Brian planted everything in the ground and surrounded the little garden with chicken wire to keep the rabbits out. Now everything is growing fast, especially with the addition of compost and a soaker hose next to the roots of the plants. Maybe next week we'll be eating zucchini.
Here are pictures of the best tomato and most of the garden.

I am jealous of your garden. And of the foods you will make...
